While at Page & Turnbull, Iva designed and developed multiple tenant improvements project for private clients as well as state-owned buildings. Projects focused on feasibility studies, fit-outs into a suitable office environment, new office layout & identity, functionality of its furniture and a design of flexible spaces.
Re-imagining a new layout for an office space in old San Francisco building, adding unified desk arrangement with a hint of vibrant colors and private meeting room, was the primary aim for the below TI project. Reception desk design studies below, look at two seemingly opposite aspects of many reception desks: how can a permanent focus remain flexible and mobile, challenging the very existence of a reception desk in a large event space.
The client was presented with few options of accessible mobile objects, which adapt to those events. The desk is utilized as light glowing bar, refreshments or conversation desk. The design is flexible to the scale of seating units, which become proliferated throughout the space.
